We at Bharat Dry Fruits aim to give our customers the best quality dry fruits and a hassle-free shopping experience. But if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we have a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product should be sealed and unopened, in original packaging, as sent.
- All used, opened, or tampered with items will not be returnable.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required to initiate a return by our customers.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be made only after we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm if it fulfils our return requirements.
- Upon approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method in 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- If the product is returned because of a damaged or wrong product, we will replace it and give a full refund without extra cost.
Non-Returnable Products
- Used, opened, or tampered products.
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Products bought on special sales, discounts, or clearance offers (except in case of a defective or damaged product).
Damaged or Wrong Orders
In case you receive a wrong product, damaged product or wrong package, kindly contact us with proper images of the package and product. We will replace or refund without any extra cost.
